Jacqueline J. Brayman, Ed.D. is a senior consultant with the organizational development firm Universal Leadership Group LLC. She is an experienced facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant. Her work in organizations primarily focuses on maximizing leadership and adult learning to build organizational and individual capacity. Dr. Brayman works with individuals and various types of organizations: businesses, schools and non-profits. An example of local clients include: Kent Intermediate School District, Southeast YMCA, The Right Group, The Gerontology Network, Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Greater Grand Rapids Reads, and Northview Public Schools. Dr. Brayman is currently writing two books, Taking Flight to Literacy and Leadership! and We’ll Leave the Leadership Light on For You. These texts will provide examples for other organizations of what can be accomplished with a systems approach, and a dedication to adult learning and participation. In the recent past, Dr. Brayman has had the good fortune of training with internationally known organizational development experts including Peter Senge, Meg Wheatley, Myron Kellner-Rogers, Sandra Janoff and Marvin Weisbord, The Harvard Change Leadership Group. Brayman weaves together powerful constructs from all of these sources. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Honeyager has created and grew a number of technology businesses. The Iserv Company - Internet Service Provider became the largest West Michigan provider by brining internet to over 30,000 desktops during its first 3 years. Mr. Honeyager served the organization with marketing, sales, corporate governance, and staff development. Corporate Information Systems, Inc. - A document management system that provided solutions to Hospitals, Banks, Credit Unions, and Manufacturing. Mr. Honeyager initially developed and sold the product, then provided vision to move the product to an online service. Grace Host (dot) Net - A website development, internet marketing, and hosting company.
